About Me in 5 Videos

CRAZE - NEW SLAVES ROUTINE

*video contains vulgar language towards the end*

This video shows the art of Real Djing. The opening scene shows DJ Craze, watching a TV that shows what people consider Djing. There is also a commentary over the opening scene mocking Dj's. The opening scene is very powerful, because it shows how people take Djing as a joke and misinterpret it for what the 'Fake' Dj's make it out to be. When Craze stands up, he walks past a group of people who are completely ignoring him, and even blow off Craze's attempt for a high-five. All of this represents the false depiction of Djing now a days and how many aren't given the credit they deserve. The video is one of my favorites because I enjoy music and djing. I absolutely hate when people say anyone can do it, because in reality it takes talent; and this video represents it perfectly.
I love the angles and everything about the opening scene, the panning is great and it is just powerful.

MTB | LINES OF LOFOTEN

The shots in this video are just spectacular. The opening scenes consist of arial shots and panoramas of the Lofoten islands. All of the arial angles really make this video because every shot just shows off the beauty of the Islands on which these people are biking on. Along with the great shots, it also goes in on the bikers and the commentary they have with each other. This makes us feel like we are closer to them and understand them on a more in depth level.

SURFING WAIKIKI - GOPRO HEAD CAM

This surfer gets all possible angles while filming with his mounted GoPro. His shots express the natural beauty of the water around him. While paddling out he dips under the wave and you see beneath the surface of the water. I love this video because I am a surfer and I have a special place for the Hawaiian Islands in my heart. I have family in Hawai'i as well.

KYLE - KEEP IT REAL

*video contains vulgar language throughout the entire production*

Throughout the film, Kyle, continues to look at himself with different perspectives. In most scenes, half of his face is covered by a shadow which represents his unknown side, and or him having unknown feelings about what his life has become. He starts out as just a kid enjoying life, but when he grows up, he begins to realize how fake all of it is. This video is just extremely deep on many levels. This video is one of my favorites because I like to keep things real, and I don't like to "beat around the bush.

SPENCER NUZZI - DAY IN LIFE

I love to skateboard around with my friends. Spencer Nuzzi is my favorite skater around. The way this film goes into a day in life with him is just spectacular. The shots taken of him throughout the day filmed with the fish eye are just great and express the fun with him. I love wide angle lenses for sone reason, they just add more the production.
